This is a wonderful large room with closet, electric fireplace, wifi and tv. Bathroom with shower is down the hall. There is a coffeepot in the room and a small refrigerator. Know there is a dog in the house, so if you have allergies remember that. I would prefer you bring your own bedding but will provide a electric blanket for warmth. Large mirrored closet, double bed. No smoking. This is on the second floor of a historic Victorian just outside but still inside the center of Pine Hill. One Mile from Belleayre, parking in front of the house. Could be a seasonal. This would be great for anyone that can manage stairs, parking is in front of the house. House is occupied by one senior, no noise in the house. Also wonderful for writers, artists, musicians. We are 40 miles from Kingston and 10 from Margretville.
